General Comments |
Upon follow up, no hot water in the building and improper washing of dishware.
On 2/23/11 original inspection, facility was told to ensure there was hot water to all sinks and a 3-bay sink installed for proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of all dishware within 10 days, otherwise their 2011 food license would be suspended.
Due to failure to provide hot water and a 3-bay sink, the facilities 2011 food license is suspended.
Facility must do the following before license can be reinstated:
1) provide hot and cold water under pressure to all sinks,
2) install a 3-bay sink by a licensed plumber,
3) complete applicate for reinstatement of suspended license.
Verification of the above will be done by a member of the health department before reinstatement is issued.
Any questions or issues please call either John Bevis or Bonnie Schaafsma.
See attached suspension papers that was given to facility. Signed copy is in file.
